We are fortunate that our sister agency has IT staff right next door to help us with every day computer issues. When we have a real problem, we call Shandam. And they usually have a solution at hand and implement it quickly. But that is not the whole story. Shandam is always up to speed on the latest tech and security, and always thinking about innovative ways to simplify our complex network needs , to the point that we usually don’t have big problems. In fact, on more than one occasion, I have called Shandam to ask why they didn’t send me an invoice for a particular month only to be told that there were no services rendered. I have found it to be true that you usually get what you pay for in just about every sector, but on some rare occasions, as is the case with Shandam, you sometimes get more with paying less – they are in with you for the long run.
